How we take the risk out of sourcing tooling overseas

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send files. Steel grade, hardness, mould base standard, hot-runner brand and expected mould life are written into the quotation, and steel certificates are available. Moulds are built on LKM, HASCO or DME bases, so spare parts are easy to source wherever the mould runs.

You agree the milestones with one project engineer – design freeze, steel order, T1 and sample approval. Once paid for, the mould and its design data belong to you: we can run production for you, or trial the mould, protect it against rust and pack it in a wooden crate for your own factory.

Buying injection moulds from China: FAQ

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A manufacturer. Mould design, tool making, moulding on 50–1300 ton presses, secondary operations and assembly are carried out in our own plants in Huizhou and Dongguan, Guangdong.

Can you build a mould to run in our own factory?

Yes. Export moulds are built to your press specification and standards, trialled on our presses, protected against rust and packed in wooden crates, with drawings, spare parts lists and trial samples.

Who owns the mould and the design data?

You do, once the mould is paid for. You can keep it with us for production or move it.

Will my design be kept confidential?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send files, and project data is only shared with the engineers working on your project.

What do you need for a quotation?

A 3D model (STEP or IGES preferred) or drawing, the material, annual quantity, colour and finish, and any critical dimensions or standards that apply.
