China United Mould is a plastic injection mould manufacturer established in 2000, with plants in Huizhou and Dongguan, China. We design and build custom moulds and take your project from product design and prototyping through tool making to full-scale production.
With injection machines from 50 to 1300 tons, an in-house tool room and an ISO 9001 quality system, we produce Automotive Moulds, Home Appliance Moulds, Electronics Moulds, Medical Moulds, Household Product Moulds and more.

01Automotive Injection Mould
Bumper, lamp and interior/exterior trim moulds for car and motorcycle programmes, built to OEM standards with LKM, HASCO or DME mould bases.
We build moulds for exterior parts such as bumpers, for lighting such as headlamps and tail lights, and for interior and functional components. Moulds are made from P20, H13, 718, S136 or NAK80 steel and can run fully automatically, with large parts removed by robot.
