Information we collect
- Inquiry form: your name, e-mail address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and the message you write. The form is sent to our sales mailbox as an e-mail.
- Direct contact: what you send us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, including drawings, 3D files, samples information and specifications.
- Technical data: when you visit the site our web server records your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure, for example to block automated attacks.
We do not ask for payment details and we do not run advertising or visitor-tracking tools on this website.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and DFM suggestions, and carry out and support orders you place with us.
- To keep business records and meet legal, tax and export obligations.
- To protect the website against misuse.
We use your information on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interest in running our business and the website, and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Technical drawings and project files
Drawings, CAD files and project details you share are used only to evaluate, quote and produce your project, and access is limited to the staff working on it.

The website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work (for example to remember a security setting). It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps; when it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.
Service providers and international transfers
Our website is hosted on our own server, and our e-mail is provided by Microsoft 365. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers may process data outside your country, including in China and the United States. We share personal information with others only where this is needed for your project (for example a forwarder for shipping) or required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and project correspondence is kept for as long as needed for our business relationship and for the periods required by law. Web server logs are deleted after about six months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict its use, or ask for a copy in a portable format. E-mail … and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to our systems is limited to authorised staff.
