In-Depth Project Review
Our engineers study your drawings or samples, review the part for manufacturability and confirm material, cavitation and runner system before design starts. Moulds are designed in full 3D with Pro-E, UG, SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Efficient Delivery
Design, machining, assembly and trial all happen in our own plants in Huizhou and Dongguan, so we control the lead time – from 3 to 30 days depending on mould size – and pack moulds for export to more than 20 countries.

An ISO 9001 quality system, first article inspection and full CMM measurement reports. 90% of our new moulds are approved after one or two trials.

Design & Engineering
DFM review and full 3D mould design with Pro-E, UG, SolidWorks and AutoCAD, approved by you before machining starts.

Precision Tool Making
CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting, grinding and gantry milling in our own tool room, using P20, H13, 718, S136, NAK80 or your specified steel, with certificates available.

Trial, Inspection & Delivery
Mould trials on our 50–1300 ton presses, first article inspection and full measurement reports, then export packing and shipping.
